Terhi 440 is a generously sized rowboat with a short shaft length and a crisp white outer hull. Thanks to its wide hull, the Terhi 440 is very stable in use and has an outstanding carrying capacity. The model excels as an access boat for the summer home, safely transporting even larger loads to and from the cottage. Simultaneously it works well for setting fishing nets, for short commutes and day trips.

When fishing, the boat does not heel when setting nets or lifting the catch. The boat has lockable storage compartments both at the bow and stern, as well as a length-adjustable middle bench. The oars can be locked under the stern bench. Despite its width, the Terhi 440 is surprisingly easy to row. It can be rowed from either the middle bench or the front seat with the pair of oars and rowlocks that come with the boat as standard. When rowing, the adjustable middle bench and multiple footrests allow for a good rowing position for people of different heights. The middle bench can also be removed and attached on top of the front middle bench, providing more floor space for transporting cargo.

On the transom of the Terhi 440, you can mount an outboard motor of up to 10 hp, but in our opinion, it works best with a motor of 4-8 hp. The Terhi 440 has a displacement hull, which means that mounting the maximum allowed outboard motor practically only improves load capacity.

The boat has a separate motor well that increases user comfort and a mounting spot for the oars when driven by motor. The Terhi 440 is available with a white or green outer hull. The interior is white in both model versions.
